1.2 The Dock

The bottom bar adapts its buttons to whatever you've selected.

The bottom bar is your Dock.

It's contextual β€” the buttons change based on what you've selected.

  • Select nothing β†’ global controls (fit view, export, flows, account, undo/redo).

  • Select a group β†’ that group's controls (scale, add, wrap, clone, move, remove).

  • Select two groups β†’ connection controls (topologies).

Buttons are color-coded.

  • Gray for component-level actions (scaling, clustering).

  • Orange for structural actions (hierarchy, connections, global controls).

  • Purple for blueprint actions. When working inside a blueprint group, structural buttons turn purple too β€” a reminder that design rules are in play.

Hover over any button to see what it does.
