6. Blueprints

Reusable templates with built-in design rules.

Written By Miro Kosut

Blueprints are reusable templates with built-in design rules.

Name a group first (required). It must be a container. Then create a blueprint from it β€” the group's structure, components, min/max constraints, and topologies are saved to your library.

Add a blueprint from the catalog to stamp it into any flow. Enfors places it into the correct root layer automatically. It appears with a purple accent, indicating it's rule-enforced.

Unlock a blueprint instance to convert it back to regular groups β€” editable without constraints.

Save blueprints to your account. Delete ones you no longer need. Generic blueprints ship with Enfors. Custom ones are yours.
